Hydrosols
After seeing all the chatter on some soapmaking lists I subscribe to, I had to try and make a floral water. This morning I sat down and figured it all out, and this afternoon I was ready to experiment. I did it!! I have 100 ounces of wonderful Lavender Hydrosol. Tomorrow I will attempt a Rose Hydrosol. It was not hard to do. I just placed the lavender in my regular water distiller and let her go. The results were amazing within one hour my whole house smelled of lavender. Now if I can just get my liquid soap to thin tomorrow I will be one happy soap witch!!

It has been a trying week for our family and friends. Now the week is over and we can move forward as we all have to. This week is a busy week filled with meetings and making new products.
I have a new liquid soap that I am quite excited about. I am working on some scrubs to add to the line up. Andrew has been busily working on his line of flavoured cooking oils, salts, sugars and spice blends. Our next show should be a lot of fun.
Check us out at NGB Studios "Art of the Heart" evening on Feb 13th from 5 to 10 pm.
